Ennatuurlijk is a supplier of more sustainable heat. To become a data-driven organization, the next important step in EAM was taken in March.
In June 2023, Ennatuurlijk went live with the first phase of the overall EAM project. Recently, the next major milestone in EAM was reached: the operational management processes at Ennatuurlijk are now supported by HxGN EAM.
After an intensive period of alignment, configuration, data uploading, testing, and training, EAM is now live!
We provided in-person user training to approximately 140 Ennatuurlijk employees, including the employees who transferred from Veolia Energie Netwerken BV as of January 1, 2024. We also trained 100 employees worldwide for the customer contact centers used by Ennatuurlijk. For this, we collaborated with the Pragma Academy for online training.
Of course, you also have to celebrate successes. That is why cake was delivered to various Ennatuurlijk locations throughout the country.
Over the coming period, the EAM project team will work with end users on areas for improvement arising from the practical use of the software. We look back on an intensive period during which we achieved this result together with Ennatuurlijk.
